API 7K High pressure cement hoses are essential key equipment in fields such as petroleum exploration, mining, geological drilling, and deep-sea operations. They are mainly used to connect drilling equipment with underground rock formations, transport mud, coolant, and drill cuttings.

Specification

1.Inner layer: Oil-resistant, seawater-resistant, high-temperature-resistant synthetic rubber based on nitrile rubber.

2. Middle layer: High-strength fabric cloth is used as the inner buffer layer and outer protective layer; high-strength steel wire rope is used as the pressure-bearing skeleton material.

3. Outer layer: Made of high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, oil resistant, and ozone aging resistant synthetic rubber.

Application

1. Oil and gas cementing operations
As a flexible connector for cementing manifolds,it can accurately transport water-based and oil-based mud in high-pressure environments. In the process of oil and gas drilling, cement slurry is injected into the annular space between the wellbore and the casing, and is stably transported through this hose to seal the formation, reinforce the wellbore, and ensure the safety of subsequent mining. Operations such as deep oil wells on land and offshore drilling platforms cannot do without it.
2. Drilling and well repair assistance
In drilling and well repair operations, it can be used for flexible connections between the upper end of the riser and the top drive/rotating device, as well as between the pump and the lower end of the riser. Pump mud under high pressure to cool the drill bit, carry rock debris, and assist in efficient drilling. It can also assist in restoring the production capacity of the oil well during well repair and adapt to the operational needs under complex geological conditions.
3. Operations under special well conditions
It is applicable to the operation of oil and gas wells containing dangerous gases such as hydrogen sulfide (HS). As the flexible connecting pipeline of the choke and kill manifold, it transports oil and gas mixtures containing dangerous gases, water-based/oil-based/foam kill fluids. In high-pressure and complex medium environments, ensuring well control safety and responding to unexpected situations such as blowouts play a key role, such as operating in deep wells with high temperature, high corrosion, and complex structures.
4. Offshore oil development
In the process of offshore oil drilling, exploration, and exploitation, it can withstand the effects of salt spray, wind and waves in the marine environment.
