Production Process

Extrusion Molding
The blended material is melted using single-screw or twin-screw extruders, then formed into the desired shape via precision-engineered dies.
Hose Sizing
Dimensional precision and consistent wall thickness are achieved through vacuum calibration or internal pressure calibration.
Marking
Specifications, pressure ratings, production dates, and traceability codes are printed onto the hoses using laser technology.
Quality Inspection
This stage covers visual inspections, wall thickness measurements, hydrostatic pressure tests, and melt flow index assessments.
Packaging & Storage
Hoses are cut to the required lengths, then wrapped in protective film or bundled together to ensure safe transportation.
