Its multi-layer construction features advanced materials that withstand flames, hydraulic fluid erosion, and pressures up to 5000 psi, ensuring reliability during critical well control operations. Structure

Inner layer: oil-resistant, seawater-resistant, high-temperature-resistant synthetic rubber based on nitrile rubber.

Middle layer: High-strength fabric cloth is used as the inner buffer layer and outer protective layer; high-strength steel wire rope is used as the pressure-bearing skeleton material.

Outer layer: Made of high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, oil resistant, and ozone aging resistant synthetic rubber.

Protective layer: Stainless steel armor
