Main Floating Hose

Main Floating Hose is large-diameter, high-pressure-resistant flexible transfer hose designed for offshore oil and gas development, port terminals, and other marine operation scenarios. Its core feature lies in achieving a floating state on water through structural design (built-in buoyancy materials, specialized pipe wall structures). Primarily, it undertakes long-distance, high-flow mainline-level transfer tasks for fluid media such as crude oil, refined oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and seawater in marine environments.

It possesses properties including marine corrosion resistance (against salt spray and seawater erosion), resistance to wind and wave impact, flexibility, and torsion resistance. It can be connected in single or multiple segments based on operational requirements, adapting to temperature, pressure, and fluid medium conditions in different sea areas. Serving as a key flexible transfer equipment, it connects offshore tankers, drilling platforms, offshore terminals, and onshore/subsea pipeline networks, balancing efficient transfer performance and adaptability to marine environments.

One end reinforced half floating hose

One end reinforced half floating hose is a flexible fluid-transfer pipeline for above-water/near-shore use, featuring "one-end reinforcement" and "half-floating": one end has enhanced structure for high-load connection, the other retains a conventional design for easy coupling; part of the pipe floats, ensuring anti-sinking, wear resistance and wind-wave stability. Used for medium/short-distance transfer of oil, chemical liquids, etc., it fits scenarios like oil tanker transfer, combining reliability and adaptability to balance efficiency and operation-maintenance costs.

Reducer hose

 Reducer hose is a flexible pipeline designed for oil transfer in above-water/near-shore scenarios. Specific sections of the hose adopt a "necked design" (reduced pipe diameter) to optimize local flow rate and enhance torsion and pressure resistance. Meanwhile, full-length floating on water is achieved via buoyancy materials built into the hose wall, avoiding underwater abrasion and difficulties in recovery. Featuring oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to wind-wave interference, it is suitable for medium and short-distance oil transfer scenarios such as tanker transfer and port transshipment. It can stabilize transfer efficiency through the necked structure and reduce operation and maintenance costs in complex water areas by virtue of the floating design, serving as a specialized equipment for flexible above-water oil transfer.

Tail hose

Tail hose is a flexible above-water/near-shore oil transfer pipe, featuring "directional tail-end floating, only the tail has buoyancy structures to stay afloat; the front end is reinforced for stable connection, and the main body can be submerged or floating. Oil-resistant and wave-resistant, it fits scenarios like tanker transfer, avoids tail-sinking issues, and balances transfer flexibility and maintenance convenience.
