3. Cooling & Calibration: The extruded hose is rapidly cooled in a water bath to solidify its shape, with calibration tools ensuring consistent wall thickness and dimensional accuracy.

4. Reinforcement (Optional): For enhanced strength, high-tensile fibers or mesh are embedded during extrusion, improving pressure resistance and preventing kinking.

5. Cutting & Finishing: The continuous hose is cut to standard lengths, with edges trimmed smoothly. Final checks ensure surface quality and structural integrity before packaging.
