Steel Reinforced API 16C Hose is a critical safety component for oilfield well control systems, designed to transfer high-pressure fluids (drilling mud, kill fluid) during wellbore pressure management. Fully compliant with API 16C standard, it ensures reliable performance in onshore/offshore drilling, workover, and completion operations—essential for preventing well blowouts.

Structure

Inner layer: oil-resistant, seawater-resistant, high-temperature-resistant synthetic rubber based on nitrile rubber.

Middle layer: High-strength fabric cloth is used as the inner buffer layer and outer protective layer; high-strength steel wire rope is used as the pressure-bearing skeleton material.

Outer layer: Made of high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, oil resistant, and ozone aging resistant synthetic rubber.

Protective layer: Stainless steel armor
